1. Seller
The Budget Tracker is offered by Mohamad Amer. These terms apply to your purchase and use of the Budget Tracker at budget.amerbuilt.com.
2. What you buy and what it costs
The Budget Tracker is a web app for keeping track of your own income, fixed costs and spending. You buy a personal right to use it for yourself, which you may not pass on or resell. It is not financial, tax or legal advice.
The price is €5.00 as a one-time payment, including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe, and Stripe's terms for the payment apply in addition. You get access straight after your payment is confirmed.
3. Your data
Your entries are stored only in your browser on your device. I cannot see or restore them. If you clear your browser data or lose the device they are gone, so please save a backup file now and then (Settings, Your data). See the privacy policy.
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Mohamad Amer, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 16, 67663 Kaiserslautern, email: mohamad.amerrr@icloud.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, I will reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your notice. I use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal also expires early if I have started to perform the contract after you expressly agreed that I start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once I have started. Before you are sent to the payment page you are asked for this agreement with a tick box. The tracker is available straight after payment, which is when I start performing the contract.

5. Problems with the tracker
The statutory rights for digital products apply. If something does not work as it should, please email me.
6. Liability
I am responsible for two things: that the tracker works as described, and that your information stays private, as explained in section 3 and in the privacy policy. I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and where mandatory law requires it. For slight negligence I am liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, and then only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
